Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping Policy

Our products are available with local pick up (contactless currently) or delivered via My Hermes Courier. Standard Postage charge is £5 and items are posted within 2-3 weeks from ordering. This is due to the handmade, made to order nature of our products.

 

All items are expertly packaged to avoid breakages in transit and we also offer a rush delivery service at an additional cost. Rush delivery service includes shorter wait times 2-5 days and also upgraded delivery to next day delivery. Rush delivery service costs £10 and if you want to use this service please contact us at narissa_sykes@hotmail.com

Pick Up Service

We love local customers and offer local collection within the city of Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This can be arranged by contacting us via narissa_sykes@hotmail.com or feel free to message us on our facebook page. Payment on delivery is not accepted as a form of payment however due to previous experience. Local collection is free and easy for our local customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Personalised Order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty so please make sure spelling and wording are checked when you are ordering. If there is a fault with your order when it arrives please contact us via facebook or narissa_sykes@hotmail.com.

For generic orders there is a standard 28 days returns policy. Orders can also be cancelled if made in error before they are sent by contacting narissa_sykes@hotmail.com. Please be aware return postage will be met by customer. Item must be received back in the same condition it was posted before a refund can be processed.
